Deni Srdoč’s passion for cooking began with his grandmother and led him to the Oliva Allegra Culinary Institute in Split. Born on the Croatian island of Krk, his love for traditional Kvarner dishes evolved into a celebrated career. Named Young Talent of the Year 2018 by Gault&Millau Croatia, he became the first Croatian chef to earn Michelin stars at two different restaurants: Draga di Lovrana and Nebo. Today, he is the creative force behind Hidden Wine Bistro, where his love of travel, gardening, and great wines comes to life.
